LEARNING OBJECTIVES
This course is intended for dentists of all skill levels whether they are just beginning their journey or already have experience placing dental implants and want to take their skills to the next level.
4 DAY HANDS-ON LIVE SURGERY COURSE
Up to 20+ Implants placement, ridge augmentation of different types, etc.
Multiple surgeries per each doctor during four days.
Each doctor will have designated assistant and a shared chair with a partner.
Sinus Lift technique, GBR, Ridge split etc., using specially designed surgical kits to take their skills to the next level.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
DAY 1 Thursday
Arrival in San Diego and into Tijuana.
The clinic is minutes away from the border.
We will provide a charter that is safe and convenient for staff and attendees.

Food and lecture
We will go over the didactics of anatomy, health considerations, basic implant principles, surgical kits, flapping, and suturing techniques.
DAY 2 Friday
AM
We will learn to read cone beam scans of current patients and map out basic anatomical landmarks. We will review patient charts and start our live patient cases.

Dr. Robert Kim, D.D.S. / Course Director
Dr. Robert Kim, a distinguished dental practitioner with 14 years of clinical excellence, holds a DDS degree from Loma Linda University. Recognized for 3D digital expertise in implant and restorative dentistry. Dr. Robert Kim is the chair for the New Dental Committee of Tri-county Dental. Dr. Chonway D. Tram, D.D.S. / Course Director
Dr. Chonway D. Tram is a privately practicing dentist in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. His office is focused primarily on cosmetics and implantology. A 2007 graduate of Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry, Dr. Tram completed a surgical-based GPR at St. Barnabas Hospital following dental school and is a former assistant professor at Western University, College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Tram is a Fellow if the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and has completed Advanced Implant Training with the Global Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Tram currently lectures on digital technology implementation with a focus in implants, CAD/CAM and 3D printing.

Cancellation request made 2 weeks prior to the course start date will receive half of the total course fee.
Cancellation request made less than 2 weeks prior to the course start will not receive any refund.
Cancellation received via phone, email, or fax, and it has to be received by the stated deadline.
COURSE CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZERS
Global Academy of Osseointegration U.S.A. (GAO USA) reserves the right to cancel the course due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If GAO USA cancels a course, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same course at the new, future date.
